About the User Profile
The user profile stores all your personal info and has a complete overview of your membership subscription and your event registration information.
The user profile has a complete overview of all your data and your purchase history from events and memberships.
To make things easy for you, your user-profile data will auto-populate all fields when you buy tickets for an event or purchase a membership subscription. So keep your profile data up to date.
On your user profile you can:
Profile
- View and update your personal profile data.
- Update your password
Memberships
- Find a subscriptions list, and when your plans expire.
- See subscriptions history
- Download Membership Card
- Download invoices for membership payments.
- Renewal options (if available) and process renewal.
- Upgrade options (if available) and process upgrade/downgrade membership subscription.
- Cancel recurring subscription.
- Update credit card data for recurring subscriptions.
- See and access restricted resources available for users' subscriptions (pages, articles, documents, links)
